Leadership by Department 

Pastor Ruttlen currently serves in the Church of God in Christ in many capacities of the Local, District, Jurisdictional, and National Church. Additionally, Pastor Ruttlen focuses on strengthening individuals and families as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. 

Lady A. Ruttlen has served in many capacities in the local church. Coming from an AME church, Lady A. Ruttlen was a Young Adult Leader who developed the Youth Praise Ministry. She also co-developed a mentor program for girls and was a Trustee member. She is currently over the children's church, a part of the finance committee and Women's Department, where she focuses on community service. Her passion is to help youth find their purpose and use it to serve the Lord.

Sister Ruttlen serves in many capacities on both the local and district levels. Currently, she serves as the church administrator overseeing the day-to-day administrative duties, coordination, and essential support to the ministries of the church.

Mother Smith, founding member of Greater Evangelist Prayer Center, COGIC, has served in many capacities at the Local, District, Jurisdictional, and National levels. Mo. Smith focuses her work on the ministry by upholding the foundation of holiness.

Mother Ruttlen served as First Lady of Greater Evangelist Prayer Center, COGIC from 1999 to 2021. Currently, she continues her work focusing on encouraging others to serve in excellence and live a holy and separated life. 

Minister Shepard has served as the President of the Men's Department since 2017. His work focuses on building and strengthening men both naturally and spiritually through the word of God. 

Sister Johnson has served as the President of the Women's Department since 2017. Her work focuses on empowering women.

Sister White serves in many capacities on the Local, District, and Jurisdictional levels. Sister White has served as President of the Youth Department since 2000. "Her focus is on training up a child in the way they should go. By faith believing they will never depart from God." Proverbs 22:6
